Speaking

If you need a speaker around employee engagement, leadership or engagement then I can help.

Whether it is an intimate affair or a large crowded room, I’m happy! I work with you to ensure that the content fits for your audience.

Here are some of my LinkedIn recommendations following speaking events:

Jo was a guest speaker at our recent KPMG People Consulting Huddle event; attended by over 180 consultants from around the globe, specialising in HR and change management.

During her session, Jo spoke with confidence and provided fantastic insight to our audience, engaging them in the rapidly-developing world of wellbeing and engagement.

Facilitating such a large group was not easy, but Jo created an interesting discussion activity and led debate around what best practice in the field looks like.

It was a genuine pleasure working with Jo both before and during the event, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her for other similar events in the future (basically, we’d like to have you back at some point Jo if that’s ok? We loved having you as our guest speaker!).

Jo was recently a keynote speaker at Birmingham City University’s first Leadership Conference.

The theme was Transformational Leadership through Staff and Student Engagement and Jo gave an expert speech on engagement, focussing on the four pillars.

Jo contributed considerably to our conference with her thought leadership and received great feedback from delegates. Our Leadership Conference was described as ‘ground breaking’ for the University and it will now become an annual event. It was a real pleasure to work with Jo.
